Existing customers will attest that I’ve waived more of these than I’ve implemented. These visits may include granting entry for a pest control vendor or accepting a delivery. By working in a confined area and coordinating directly with these vendors, often times the requested visit is scheduled to coincide with a routine visit thus waving the fee. Where these costs come into play are instances where the time on-site is prolonged such as a burner service or showing the home to a potential renter.

As a lifelong resident of the outer Cape I was the third generation to pick up the mantel in the family construction business.
