We’re in a winter advisory through 6 p.m. In the past 24 hours, projections have ranged from trace accumulations, a mix and amounts upwards of 5”. Beyond the track of the storm, warm waters also make this a wait and see event. On the upside, the current and forecasted temperatures in the mid twenties should keep any accumulations dry and light. As a lifelong resident of the outer Cape I was the third generation to pick up the mantel in the family construction business. In my early twenties, I called the Cape my home on weekends as I spent several years working for a variety of off-Cape commercial construction companies.
