To emphasize the narrow margins and idiosyncrasies of weather on Cape Cod, bands of snow moved through the area in the early morning hours leaving as little as 3” of accumulation in Eastham and upwards of 9” in Brewster. Two hour school delays appear be the largest impact left by this early spring storm as remaining flurries move off shore. Temperatures are expected to climb into the low 40’s today where they will remain as the average high for the next several days.

As a lifelong resident of the outer Cape I was the third generation to pick up the mantel in the family construction business.
