Brewster Mass Real Estate
Brewster – Settled in 1659 noting the first Brewster real estate transaction, this once extension of Harwich is home to the largest State forest on Cape Cod and commands a notable stretch of bay frontage where visitors and residents alike have access to a number of public beaches and for those who don’t mind digging for their dinner will no doubt enjoy an afternoon on the famed Brewster flats.
Further inland, Brewster boasts several golfing options as well as a great many historical buildings, many of which, byproducts of the Cape’s most concentrated collection of ship Captain’s homes, intertwined with fantastic dining, museums and quaint antique shops and of course the Brewster Whitecaps, members of the Cape Cod Baseball League.
In terms of Brewster real estate, parody abounds from breathtaking waterfront options right on down to cozy cottages and Capes lending a wealth of options at every price point.
One More Brewster fun fact: Anyone pushing Brewster real estate in the late 1600’s was no doubt rolling “The Sea Captain’s Town” into their listing descriptions as the moniker was well earned based on the dozens of sea Captain’s homes in the area.
