“For a couple of years my husband and I have been toying around with purchasing a retirement home in what we view as paradise. Unfortunately, I am NOT one of those buyers that is easy to read. I am a bit of a project person who does not appreciate the run of the mill pristine builders special with granite countertops and gray walls.
