The wind picked up a bit mid-afternoon yet failed to hit that diminish considerably bench mark. At 3:50, the High Wind window was pushed from 5 to 7 p.m. though every radar confirms the naked eye’s perception as our rain day is finding its way off shore. As the diminished wind and precipitation deliver their last gasps, we are being downgraded to Wind Advisory status leaving me more than comfortable calling this round while saving the Spam, batteries and commentary for another day; until then.
