Since the good folks from a local alarm company figured it was perfectly logical to call me at 5:10 a.m. to let me know that along with 1789 people in Eastham one of mine is without power and most likely because of the storm, I figured I’d pass that revelation along. Orleans is posting “fewer than three” which I can only assume means one or two. As far as conditions go, the cardinals are managing to hold down a table at the early bird as winds persist although seemingly less than advertised. We have about a half inch of heavy snow on the ground no doubt attributing to some minor limb damage leaving us, thus far, with a garden variety winter storm on the Cape. I will follow up mid-day.
About Nauset Management
As a lifelong resident of the outer Cape I was the third generation to pick up the mantel in the family construction business. In my early twenties, I called the Cape my home on weekends as I spent several years working for a variety of off-Cape commercial construction companies. My site supervision resume includes two supermarkets, two HUD projects, a funeral home and a handful of steel industrial buildings as well as various restaurant and office remodels.
