As the final gasp of tropical depression Bill moves across the region, the weather prophets have us under a flood watch until 2 p.m. where anywhere from 1”-2” of rain may fall. Earlier this morning we experienced approximately 20 minutes of heavy driving rain and no doubt, wind driven weather off the water isn’t exclusive to snow.

Thunderstorms are also on tap pushed by what is claimed to be wind gusts upwards of 45 mph. We have yet to see a note worthy gust so for now it’s simply raining “wicked h-ah-d.” There are no outages to report and I don’t believe we’ll see any going forward.

Happy Father’s Day!
