To whom it may concern: I live in California and have trusted Jon Clark to oversee the well-being of our house in East Orleans for several years now, and he has never let me down. Jon doesn’t just stick his head in the door, then leave. He actually checks the house! Also, as a contractor, Jon has a contractor’s “eye” and will spot problems others may miss.

Jon’s rates are extremely reasonable, and, unlike some other services, he rarely, if ever, charges for extra services (storm checks, etc.). In fact, I have accused him of being way too generous with his time.

As a side note, I’d like to add that Jon recently completed an extensive renovation of our house. We did the entire project by email, and he didn’t make a single mistake. Now that’s conscientious!
