Current outage numbers show 77 customers remain without power and/or byproducts of ongoing repairs. I have received an overwhelming number of messages concerning nanny cams being back online, contact made with the Nest, etc and it is most appreciated. That said, no fee follow ups will begin shortly. Temperatures in the upper 20’s ebb and flow over the next several days with anticipated highs in the lower 40’s. Sustained temperatures below the freezing mark appear to be slated in short 8-hour bursts which certainly makes me feel warm all over. While I do not expect to encounter any issues, I will plan on contacting owners directly should I find them.

As a lifelong resident of the outer Cape I was the third generation to pick up the mantel in the family construction business. In my early twenties, I called the Cape my home on weekends as I spent several years working for a variety of off-Cape commercial construction companies.
